Las Manos is a wood-fire restaurant inside a 5,000 m² hacienda at Km 71.1 of the Urubamba–Ollantaytambo road, in Peru’s Sacred Valley. It opens every day from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The signature dish is the kankacho — lamb slow-roasted for 12 hours in a clay oven — alongside hot trout cebiche, wood-fired chicken, premium grilled cuts and grilled alpaca. Gardens with traditional games, a children’s menu and space for private events make it a destination, not just a meal.

Las Manos is at Km 71.1, Sector Chacchuar, on the Urubamba–Ollantaytambo road in Peru’s Sacred Valley — about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Urubamba. The restaurant sits inside a 5,000 m² hacienda with gardens, and there is parking on site.

Kankacho is our signature dish: a lamb shoulder slow-roasted for 12 hours in a clay oven until it falls off the bone, served with crushed potatoes and a salad from the garden. It is the most ordered plate in the house.
